Yappy Hour, It's for the Dogs

With all the gloomy weather lately, it's good to get out and socialize on a Friday night, just to keep your spirits up. The same can be said for your pets.
So its a good thing the folks at Claire's Cornercopia and Basta Trattoria in New Haven are teaming up to host "Yappy Hour" for your favorite four-legged friends.
The event is actually a fundraiser for deserving dogs at the New Haven Animal Shelter. But doesn't your pooch deserve a chance to sniff some other dogs while you sip cocktails and eat veggie-friendly finger food? Yeah.
So, mix and mingle at Claire's outdoor patio dining area at 1000 Chapel St., the event runs 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Dogs must be leashed, licensed, vaccinated, socialized and ready to party.
