12/14: Football, Trees and Trains

SAM & PIGSKIN: Kick back and watch the game at Foxwoods Casino. David Burke Prime is offering a Samuel Adams Monday Night Football menu. Snack on tailgate hors d'oeuvres, main course and dessert all for $35 with the first Sam Adams beer free! Games will be shown in both the bar and the private dining room.

SEA OF TREES: Get in the holiday spirit under the sea at the Mystic Aquarium and Institute for Exploration. The Holiday Sea of Trees is donning its colorful branches now through Jan. 2. More than 20 Christmas trees will be on display throughout the Aquarium. The trees are decorated by local organizations.

CHOO-CHOO!: Enjoy a special holiday themed train show at the Fairfield Museum and History Center featuring scenic train set layouts from local train clubs. The event runs on weekends through Jan. 3 with a special week of train shows from Dec. 28-31.  Admission is free.
