A Westport baker faced off with the Food Network's Bobby Flay on his show Wednesday night.

Flay hosts "Throwdown with Bobby Flay", where he drops in unexpectedly and challenges a cook to a cook-off.  Flay recently surprised Michele Albano at Michele's Pies in Norwalk.

Albano and Flay competed to bake the best pumpkin pie.  Albano created a maple pumpkin with pecan struesel pie.

Albano is no stranger to the national spotlight, she was featured on ABC's Good Morning America last year.
