Harrison Ford looks at life darkly as "Cowboys & Aliens" has its German debut in Berlin.
Now that Harrison Ford's bachelor days are far behind him, the actor no longer has any need for his Manhattan bachelor pad. According to The New York Observer, the "Indiana Jones" star recently unloaded his 5,664-square-foot condo for an undisclosed sum.
Ford's Chelsea bachelor pad had lingered on the market for close to two years after the actor first listed it for a staggering $16 million. The Observer reports that Ford gave the pad a "sleek makeover." The end result? Four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, concrete radiant heated floors, a private keyed elevator, and a home gym. Other amenities of this swanky pad include a laundry room, a private roof terrace, and custom wood cabinetry and soapstone countertops in the kitchen.
Not only is the new owner adopting Ford's cool condo, but he or she will also take on the exorbitant monthly common charges and taxes. $15,269 to be exact.
