Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick Moving, Again

Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick sure keep New York's real estate agents on their toes. The couple, who not too long ago dropped $18.995 million on a Greenwich Village townhouse, have already grown tired of Manhattan. According to the New York Daily News, the A-list couple and their brood have decided to decamp to Brooklyn a la Miranda in "Sex and the City."

In typical celeb fashion, Parker and Broderick are making their move a big affair. They're scooping up adjacent townhouses in Brooklyn Heights, which when combined will total a 7,000-plus-square-foot mansion. While the townhouses were never officially for sale, the Daily News does uncover that the couple will fit right in and rub shoulders with other neighborhood celebs like Norah Jones and Gabriel Byrne.

What does that mean for their totally lavish Greenwich Village spread? A new listing, of course. Parker and Broderick are hoping to score close to $25 million for their 12-room Manhattan abode. Highlights of the townhouse include soaring ceilings, a master suite that takes up the entire fourth floor, seven working fireplaces, granite/stone countertops, and five bedrooms.

While the couple's new Brooklyn Heights digs are sure to be as luxe as ever, given their history, it's only a matter of time before they decide to move again.
