The half brother of Dane Cook has pleaded not guilty to additional charges thathe stole millions of dollars from the comedian.

Darryl McCauley was arraigned Tuesday in Middlesex Superior Court in Massachusetts. He was ordered to continue to be held on $1 million bail.

Prosecutors say the 43-year-old Wilmington man wrote company checks to himself and transferred funds into his personal bank accounts while working as Cook's business manager.

McCauley was arrested in December and initially indicted in March. Earlier this month, a grand jury indicted him on 20 additional charges of larceny over $250.

Robert Goldstein, McCauley's attorney, did not immediately return a phone call Tuesday. Goldstein has said his client denies taking money from Cook without his consent.
