Daryl Hannah has settled her lawsuit against the makers of an electric-powered bicycle, who allegedly used her image without permission.

The 48-year-old actress' legal team states in court papers filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court that a resolution of the case against Currie Acquisition LLC was reached, but no terms were divulged.

Hannah sued Currie Acquisition in Los Angeles Superior Court last September, alleging that her name, photo and image were used without her consent to promote the company's products.

She alleged misappropriation of likeness, violation of her statutory right of publicity, unfair competition and unjust enrichment.

While Hannah is a well-known environmental activist, she did not give the company permission to use her image on its website or the cover of a company catalog, according to her court papers.

Attorneys for the company maintained that any wrongdoing was committed by another firm that Currie bought out of bankruptcy without assuming any of its liabilities.

Currie lawyers said the predecessor company had Hannah's permission to use her name and photo in the ads, an assertion that the actress' attorneys disputed.

All of the photos were removed from Currie's website once the actress objected, according to the company's court papers.

Hannah's earlier court papers included a sworn declaration in which she said she was "shocked and angered to learn of Currie's and Currie Tech's unauthorized use of my name and photograph and image to market their products."

"I exercise careful consideration regarding the integrity of a product prior to allowing my name, photograph, image and likeness to be used to promote (a) product," she said.
