Charlie Sheen: Hot in Cleveland

This was no Detroit.

Sheen knew his audience in Cleveland and catered to the boisterous bunch. The actor appeared onstage nearly 20 minutes late for the latest leg of his "Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat Is Not an Option" tour clad in a Cleveland Indians jersey, embellished with “Vaughn” across the back.

Sheen portrayed the wild pitcher in the baseball movie “Major League.”

The Cleveland Plain Dealer lauded Sheen’s ability to cater to “a city that loves losers” is what landed the gonzo entertainer a post-Chicago standing O. “People, that was better than coming out of the bullpen in ‘Major League,’” Sheen said.

Admittedly, Sheen's performance seemed much tamer than his last two performances. For a majority of the show, Sheen chatted with a friend of his. The audience enjoyed featured drinks like the now-trademarked “Winning” (Canadian Club and Coca-Cola).

But things were brought to speed when a curvy gal in the audience removed her tank top. Sheen followed suit by taking off his jersey.

“I’ve had a ball in Cleveland. I should move here!” Sheen said before putting on an Indians cap and leaving the stage.

“Is anyone hiring?”
