The Brinkleys are threatening to bring their bitter divorce battle to the big house.

Warring exes Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook ripped into one another yesterday in a Long Island courtroom for allegedly violating the terms of their divorce settlement nearly a year after the Hamptons socialites finalized their split, according to the New York Post.

Though jail for either party is unlikely, the mere suggestion by attorneys for both exes was reportedly enough to draw gasps from the courtroom.

The supermodel, sporting a gray skirt, cardigan and black heels, was accused by her cheating ex-hubby of torpedoing his relationship with the couple's two kids, Sailor and Jack, the paper reported. Cook's attorney, who petitioned for more child visitation, said Brinkley should be locked up.

"She is doing everything she can to ruin my relationship with my kids," Cook fumed to the Post. "I am trying to move on with my life, and I wish she would do the same."

Cook, who had an affair with teenage toy store clerk Diana Bianchi, said Brinkley didn't hand over their son Jack's passport in time for him to go on a school trip to Egypt that Cook himself organized.

A rep for Brinkley said she was tending to a friend whose mother died and Cook had refused to pick up the document from the Bridgehampton home.

"Peter Cook's claim that Ms. Brinkley refused to turn over her son's passport is without merit and wholly disingenuous," a rep for the model said in a statement. "Had he been at all reasonable and sympathetic to Ms. Brinkely's situation, the application he filed with the court would have been unnecessary."

Brinkley's attorney said Cook should be jailed and was in violation of their settlement for speaking out about the relationship on the talk show circuit and cruising around with his children and new gal pal on the couple's old boat.

Brinkley also wants to be compensated for legal fees and for Cook to sell the boat.

"We're here because Peter Cook filed what we believe is a frivolous application to the court," attorney Peter Caronia said. "What Christie Brinkley wants is what's best for her children. She wants to get this resolved fairly and get it all behind her."
