Justin Timberlake is known for spending time on the fairway, so it should come as no surprise that he's hoping to hit a hole in one with a new golf memoir.

According to the New York Observer, in June, a literary agent sent book editors a Timberlake-penned golf book proposal.

Though the agent and a rep for the pop singer wouldn't comment on the project to the magazine, the Observer reports the book is expected to be a memoir of Timberlake's time on the green and his experiences playing with various competitors.

The "Cry Me A River" singer has had plenty of golfing experience. He regularly is captured by photographers zooming around various golf courses or competing in celebrity tournaments.
