Well, they're not all happy endings.

Actor Adam Pally, perhaps best known for his starring role as Max Blum in the short-running sitcom "Happy Endings," was arrested late Tuesday in Hell's Kitchen for alleged possession of pot and cocaine, police say.

The 35-year-old Pally faces a criminal possession charge for the cocaine and a possession of marijuana count. A court date is set for June.

Pally's representative didn't immediately return The Associated Press' request for comment Thursday.

Most known for his two-year "Happy Endings" stint from 2011 to 2013, Pally also plays Dr. Peter Prentice on Hulu's "The Mindy Project" and stars in "Making History" on Fox. Film credits include "Iron Man 3" and "Dirty Grandpa."
