Justin Timberlake Confirms “20/20 Experience Volume 2” Album in the Works

A day after Questlove spilled the beans on a possible sequel, the popster reveals that a follow-up is indeed coming down the pike.

When it comes to his new music, Justin Timberlake is seeing 20/20, all right: The singer has set his sights on a sequel.

On Monday night, Jessica Biel's hubby confirmed speculation that he'll be releasing volume 2 of his album "The 20/20 Experience," whose first entry finally hits stores today after teasing fans with its lead single, "Suit &Tie."

The 32-year-old popster revealed the news at the release party for his new album at El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles.

Justin Timberlake to release "20/20 Experience volume 2," says Questlove

"I've got to clear up the rumors," he said during the launch, which also included an interview with Ryan Seacrest, per Reuters. "This whole thing about this only being the first part...is true. There is another half."

So there you go: straight from the source. The singer himself, however, wasn't about to spill everything about his follow-up.

"I'm not giving you a release date," he playfully told the crowd.

Kanye West disses "Suit &Tie"

This past weekend, Roots drummer Questlove--who recently deejayed before the singer's MySpace SXSW show--set the rumor mill spinning when, while responding to a less-than-flattering New York Times review of "The 20/20 Experience," he (prematurely?) revealed that Timberlake had more music up his sleeve.

"i will say the album is OVERLY ambitious. like a LOT of ideas crammed into one," he wrote on an Okayplayer.com message board. "spoiler alert. 20/20 Vol 2 comes out in nov. (10 songs now.....10 songs later= 20 vision)."

If that projected release date does prove to be true, you can bet fans will be keeping a keen eye out for J.T.'s "20/20" follow-up later this year.
