The mastermind behind Rebecca Black's YouTube hit "Friday" is at it again with a new song that is stirring up controversy.
In the YouTube music video "Chinese Food," 12-year-old Alison Gold is singing about eating her favorite Chinese dishes after a night of clubbing.
"I love Chinese food. You know that it’s true. I love fried rice, I love noodles, I love chow mein, chow m-m-m-mein," she sings.
The video starts out with Gold complaining about her post-clubbing hunger pangs, but a Chinese restaurant nearby saves the day. Gold breaks out into a chorus where she lists her favorite dishes, while a giant panda raps and geishas dance and kowtow in the background.
The video also features subtitles in different languages. The giant panda, who removes his mask in the video, is none other than Patrice Wilson, the producer behind "Friday."
"Chinese Food" was posted to YouTube on Monday and as of Tuesday, it had already amassed over 800,000 views. The media, meanwhile, has not been gentle with their reviews of the video.
"It's seems pretty clear that what's coming out of the Ark Music Factory these days is simply an exercise in trolling," said one Huffington Post article, refering to the production company that Wilson leads.

Gawker's Lacey Donohue didn't hold back when he called the song an "obnoxious and catchy adolescent s***show." The New York Post slammed the song for its "cliches like geishas, gongs and fortune cookies."
