Former Potter Actor Busted for Pot and Homemade Bomb

No spell of protection is going to save former "Harry Potter" actor Jamie Waylett from the slew of charges authorities are throwing at him.

The 22-year old actor known for playing villain Draco Malfoy's lackey Vincent Crabbe was arrested September 20 for allegedly had a Molotov cocktail in his possession on Aug. 8 in the midst of the London riots according to E! Online.

A Metropolitan police spokesman told the Press Association that the actor was, "Charged with violent disorder, having an article with intent to destroy or damage property, receiving stolen goods and also cultivating cannabis plants."

Police discovered 15 cannabis plants in his Camden, north London home that he shares with his mother and sister.

This isn't the actor ‘s first run in with the law either.  In 2009 police charged Waylett with possession of marijuana for which the actor has completed 120 hours of community service.

The actor was released on conditional bail Sept. 29.  He was released into the custody of his mother and must abide by a 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. curfew.

Waylett is set to appear in court on Nov. 11.
