Jon's Lawyer Says Gosselin Account Paid Up
Reality TV dad follows a court order

Jon Gosselin isn't back on Kate's good side, but he's okay with the judge who ordered him to put money back in the couple's account, according to his lawyer.
Mark Heller says his client returned the money he took from a joint account he shared with estranged wife, People reported. Now it is Kate who has to comply with the Oct. 13 court order, according to Heller.
"Unless something happens today [with Kate] she will be going through contempt proceedings Monday," Heller said.
A Montgomery County, Pennsylvania judge ordered the stars of "Jon & Kate Plus 8" to return any money taken from the account inappropriately. Jon Gosselin was ordered to put back $180,000, though Heller would not confirm that he put that much back. Kate was ordered to put back $55,000 she took from the account for household expenses.
Heller told the magazine that attorney Charles Meyer, who had removed himself from the case in September, is representing Jon Gosselin in the divorce. Heller is not licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and an attorney who had sponsored him withdrew his support.
After the couple split last summer, Jon Gosselin went on a partying and dating blitz, getting himself seen in serveral cities with different women. But as the finalization of their divorce drew near and TLC moved to cut him from the show, Gosselin tried to derail the divorce. When Kate didn't budge, he sought to pull his kids from the show, which is on hiatus.
"I regret my conduct since Kate and I separated," he said. "I used poor judgment in publicly socializing with other women so soon."
