Hartford ranked 25 out of the 100 healthiest cities for men in 2009. Stop stressing that we didn't do better - it won't help your blood pressure.

Men's Health Magazine has just released its rankings of the best cities for men to live in this year.

Turns out Hartford's not half bad. Out of 100 cities, the Capitol City ranked 25 overall.

The magazine examined 3 areas:

Health: This included male death rates from heart disease and cancer.

Hartford's Rating: 8 out of 100

Habitat: The city's standard of living, assessing crime, job growth and air quality.

Hartford's rating: 40 out of 100

Fitness: This was a study of how hard and how often men worked out.

Hartford's rating: 41 out of 100

If those numbers aren't good enough for you, click here to start planning your move.  Just click on the Hartford dot on the map.

We'd tell you to take the results with a grain of salt, but that probably won't help our health rating.
