Oprah Winfrey may be looking for a home in the District.

But don't start e-mailing her pictures of your stuffy studio apartment in Dupont Circle. 

It's Oprah.  You know she's going upscale.

The New York Post reported that she has started a preliminary search for a home, and has inquired about a nine-bedroom Georgetown mansion listed at $50 million.

Haven't we all?

Anyway, Winfrey is already going to be in town during the inauguration to tape her talk show and enjoy the festivities, so perhaps she thinks she'll take a liking to the D.C area.
