The Hartford Business Journal has put together its list of the best 25 companies in Connecticut.
HBJ says these companies are good neighbors. They are also top contributors to civic and charitable causes in dollars and volunteer participation.
The companies chosen as the best places to work are located all across the state, from Enfield to Stamford and Wallingford.
Among the top picks: A.W. Hastings & Co. in Enfield, Dime Bank in Norwich and Ovation Benefits Group in Farmington.
To be chosen as one of the Best Places to Work in Connecticut, companies had to apply for consideration. Then, employees were surveyed and in-depth analysis of each company’s strengths and weaknesses were evaluated.
