Many women are obsessing over weight gain during pregnancy.

It seems almost every week we hear of yet another celebrity pregnancy and we look to them to be our icons. But what of all the photos of celebrities who look incredibly fantastic throughout and immediately after their pregnancies. Just as celebrity images create unrealistic expectations when it comes to appearance, so too with pregnancy. Only now babies' safety is at risk. CBS explores the recent bouts of "pregorexia"... pregnant women dying to be thin who just might take their babies with them. Cutting calories intake and upping exercise may be a sound practice for people trying to get fit and healthy, but for pregnant women, these can be extremely dangerous.
