Milford Police Department

The attorney representing one of the two teens killed in a crash with a speeding Milford police cruiser wants to see changes in the department.

Attorney Bart Halloran filed paperwork to demand an investigation into the driving practices of Milford officers.

Officer Jason Anderson was going 94 miles per hour when the deadly crash happened in June in Orange.

19-year-olds Ashlie Krakowski and David Servin were killed.

Anderson is charged with manslaughter.
