Teens Were Playing Beer Pong Before Fatal Crash: Warrant
The police officer has been suspended and charged with manslaughter

Ashlie Krakowski and David Servin, were at a 21st birthday party and playing beer pong in the hours before the 19-year-olds were killed in a crash with a police cruiser in Orange, according to an arrest warrant for the party host.
The New Haven Register obtained the arrest warrant for Jaycen Munro, a 21-year-old Milford man who was charged with delivery of liquor to minors and permitting minors to possess liquor on private property during his birthday bash on June 12. The document details what those at the party say happened.
The witness reports vary, from the time Krakowski and Servin arrived to how many beers each drank.
Munro said Krakowski and Servin arrived at around 10:45 p.m. and appeared tipsy when another person drove them to the party, but he said he never saw them drink anything and they seemed to be “sober or sobering up” when they left.
One witness, Michael DeRosa, 20, told police Krakowski and Servin arrived at around 10 p.m. He played beer pong against them and Krakowski and Servin each had to drink a beer or two because she lost, he told police, the warrant states.
Another witness, Jason Plaskowitz, 20, said he arrived at 7 p.m. or 8 p.m. and Krakowski and Servin were already there. In the hour Plaskowitz spoke with Krakowski, she had a beer or two and she and Servin probably had a 12-pack of beer between them.
Jonathan Bartholomay told police he too played beer pong against Servin, who was drinking beer as he was playing.
Toxicology reports have not been released for the two teens, and police have not said whether alcohol played a role in the crash, the Register reports.
The details about the party come days after Milford Police released the chilling video of the crash. It shows Officer Jason Anderson's police car racing by another Milford cruiser at 94 mph early on the morning of June 13, before slamming into the car carrying Krakowski and Servin, both of Orange.
Anderson was suspended with pay from the Milford Police Department, arrested by State Police and charged with manslaughter. He is due in court on Nov. 24.
