Three Accused of Heroin Sales

Police and a drug officers said they made a dent in heroin sales in Glastonbury by a few arrests.
At about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, the East Central Narcotics Task Force and members of the Glastonbury Police Department arrested Rob Decarolis, 25, of Glastonbury, in the parking lot of the Hale Farm Condominiums Complex in Glastonbury after he sold heroin to an undercover officer, police said.
They seized 187 bags of heroin, marijuana, prescription pills, nitrous oxide, paraphernalia for inhaling nitrous oxide, drug paraphernalia, a digital scale, $1547, and a 2002 Ford Mustang GT.
The task force held seven felony warrants for Decarolis, charging him with selling heroin to an undercover officer. He was held on a total bond of $785,000.
Police arrested David Flattery Jr., 20, and Diana Pais, 19, both of Glastonbury, just after 3 p.m. Tuesday in the parking lot of the Burger King Restaurant at 3021 Main St. in Glastonbury after they sold heroin to an undercover officer, police said.
When the task force arrested Flattery, they had five felony arrest warrants accusing him of selling heroin to an undercover officer. In September 2008, the task force arrested Flattery on Ferry Lane in Glastonbury and charged him with offenses including possession of heroin and conspiracy to sell heroin, police said.
The task force also held two felony arrest warrants charging Pais with conspiracy to sell heroin to an undercover officer.
During the arrest, the task force seized 13 bags of heroin, $241, and a Toyota MR2. Flattery was held on a total bond of $450,000 and Pais was held on a total bond of $225,000.
