100-Year-Old Man Dies in New Haven Crash

A crash in New Haven on Friday morning killed a 100-year-old city man.

Frank Myjack, 100, of New Haven, was killed when two vehicles crashed on Woodward Avenue at Townsend Avenue just before 8 a.m.

Police said preliminary reports from a witness indicate that Myjack was on Woodward Avenue, did not stop at a stop sign, and caused a collision with a vehicle that was traveling on Townsend Avenue

Myjack was taken to Yale New Haven Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The other driver was also injured police said.
