2 Charged in Norwich Home Invasion

Norwich police have arrested two suspects in an armed home invasion on Franklin Street in August.
 
Police said James Alston, 31, of River Avenue in Norwich, and John Factura, 23, of Talman Street in Norwich are accused of invading a Franklin Street residence, holding the residents at gunpoint and stealing cash and jewelry. 

None of the victims were injured.

Alston and Factura were arrested on Thursday.

Alston and Factura were charged with home invasion, robbery in the first degree and larceny in the third degree and held on $250,000 bonds. They are due in court on Friday.

Police said they expect to make more arrests.
