A 24-year-old man was arrested for public indecency at the Laurel Marsh Trail in Manchester, police said.
Ravyn Laveau-Moulton, of East Hartford, faces chargest of public indecency and breach of peace for touching himself in public.
This is the second time police have arrested someone on this trail for public indecency.
On Monday, Timothy MacFarlane, 52, of East Hartfod, was caught masterbating near the same trail, police Capt. Christopher Davis said.
Officers are now on special assignment by the trail off West Middle Turnpike by the Howell Cheney Technical High School.
Police have beefed up secruity in the area that users on a Manchester Connecitcut Message Board group on Facebook said was known for "cruising" and public sex.
John Topping of Manchester was part of the online forum about the park.

"I was actually appalled that this type of activity was going on there," Topping said.
Manchester Police were reading the thread too, and the complaints led them on the trail for offenders.
"I don’t mind people using the park but what they were using it for and how the activities were described were totally unacceptable," Topping said.
