A popular Hartford bar is at the center of a state investigation.
According to the Department of Revenue Services, a warrant was executed at The Russian Lady at 191 Ann Uccello Street in Hartford, Thursday afternoon. Officials seized tax records from the establishment.
A spokeswoman for the department said they are working in conjunction with State Police on the investigation, but would not release any more details.
Jerry Fornarelli, the owner of The Russian Lady, could not be reached for comment.
