60-Year-Old Man Accused of Touching Teenage Girl

A 60-year-old South Windsor man accused of touching a teenage girl has been arrested.

South Windsor police arrested Gary Josefiak, 60, of Main Street in South Windsor, on Thursday.

A complaint was filed in August about Josefiak’s conduct with a 15-year-old girl.

The victim reported that Josefiak asked to see her breasts and touched her briefly.

After interviewing Josefiak and the girl, police obtained an arrest warrant charging Josefiak with sexual assault in the fourth degree, risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace. 

He was held on a $25,000 surety bond will be presented at Manchester Superior Court on Friday.
