State Police issued two separate silver alerts for missing siblings from two families overnight and have since found siblings from both families reported missing .

Police said they have located Ariana Sturz, 5, and Savannah Sturz, 3, two sisters from Torrington who had been missing since 10 a.m. on Thursday. The girls were found with their aunt, Jennifer Wheeler, in Torrington.

According to police, Wheeler took the girls to a friend's house in Waterbury where she ingested cocaine to the point where she could not drive.  Wheeler spent the night with the girls at the home in Waterbury before returning to Torrington with the children on Friday morning.

Wheeler was arrested and faces risk of injury, reckless endangerment and drug charges.

The two girls were not injured, police said.

State Police also issued a silver alert for Karen Dubrosky, a 36 year-old Watertown mother and her three children. At 8:30 a.m., police said they had a lead on where the mother and three children could be and they cancelled the alert just before noon when Watertown detectives learned that Dubrosky sought help to obtain placement at a safe house shelter.

Owen Brown, 6, Andrew Brown, 5, and Noelle Brown, 3, had been missing since around 11 a.m. on Thursday after Dubrosky signed the children out of school.

Dubrosky reached out to someone from her self-help group and said she was with her children and was looking to go somewhere else, according to police. Police said detectives will be meeting with the mother to confirm their well-being.

The mother and children are safe and are at an undisclosed location, believed to be in Connecticut, according to state police.

Dubrosky's common-law husband called police when he returned home from work early on Thursday and his family was not home.

"(A)fter leaving a note with each of the children for their teachers, (she) took them out of school for personal reasons," Deputy Police Chief RJ Desena said.

Dubrosky has a risk of injury case pending, according to police. She is accused of writing on one of her children with a marker and the arrest was made on Aug. 4, 2011, according to police.

Owen Brown has blonde hair and hazel eyes. He is 4-feet-tall and weighs 55 pounds. Police did not have a description of the clothing he was wearing when he was last seen.

Andrew Brown has blonde hair and blue eyes. He is 4-feet-tall and weighs 50 pounds.

He was last seen wearing LSW jeans, black neon shoes, a blue jacket and a blue winter hat.

Noelle Brown has blonde hair and blue eyes. She is 3-feet tall and weighs 30 pounds.

Police said she was last seen wearing pink pajamas and a Disney shirt.

Lt. Paul Vance, of the Connecticut State Police, said an Amber Alert is issued when there is an absolute emergency. It is issued when a child under the age of 18 is missing or abducted and their life is in danger.

A Silver Alert is issued when a child is missing and needs to be located, for missing adults over the age of 65 and for others who might have a medical condition and are in need of medication.
