We're not sure if wine is included in the tab, but Match.com has come out with its list of the most affordable cities to have a casual dinner and a movie.
Talk about getting back into the game -- single moms in New Haven are dating more frequently than their childless counterparts, Match.com has found.
The online dating site released its "Top 10 Cities for Dating Single Moms" list and New Haven was ranked fifth in the nation for single moms to find love.
The top four cities, starting with number one are Yonkers, New York, Alpharetta, Georgia, Newport News, Virginia and Beverly Hills, California.
Results from the study show that 21 percent of single parents are currently dating someone versus 16 percent of singles without kids and 35 percent of single parents have been on a first date in the past year versus 27 percent of singles without kids.
The study also looked at how these singles felt about issues such as the appropriate amount of time to wait before introducing children to your new partner and how to tell a child about a new romance.
The study found that 25 percent of singles would wait two to three months before introducing the person they’re dating to their kids. When the time comes to introduce their partner to their children, 58 percent of singles said they would first invite their children and a date to an activity outside of the house.
