Seymour High School is closed after receiving a bomb threat today.

School officials said nothing was verified, but they are dismissing school as a precautionary measure, so authorities can do a thorough investigation, according to the school’s Web site.

Once the building is cleared, students will have a one-hour window to pick up items including car keys but not books or school materials

If there is homework or students have projects or tests due on Monday, students will have additional time.
