A United flight scheduled to leave Bradley International Airport on Thursday morning is delayed but it is not immediately clear if it is connected to a computer outage the airline experienced on Thursday morning.
Passengers in several cities said a massive computer outage stranded United Airlines passengers at airports across the country briefly on Thursday morning.
United Tweeted just before 11 a.m. that the system is up and running and the airline is resuming operations.
One United Washington, DC-bound flight that was scheduled to leave Bradley at 9:59 a.m. was delayed by an hour. It was moved back to an 11 a.m. departure. All other United arrivals and departures are on time, officials said.
The spokesman for the airport could not say whether the delay was caused by the computer problem.
