Bristol Police are searching for a man who robbed a Walgreens store then fled on foot on Friday night.

Police responded to the Walgreens, 535 Farmington Ave., around 9:30 p.m. for a report of a robbery.

When they arrived, they learned that a white male had entered the store and engaged the cashier in conversation.

He told the cashier that he had a gun and demanded she hand over the money in the cash register. The cashier was not injured.

The suspect, described as approximately 5’11”, 170 pounds with brown hair, then fled out the door and was last seen running across Farmington Ave. towards the Whole Donut.

The suspect is also described as wearing a dark blue puffy jacket, a dark-colored baseball cap, gray hooded sweatshirt, light jeans and white sneakers.
