CVS Employee Stole Medication from Pharmacy: Police

Naugatuck police have arrested a CVS employee accused of stealing medication from the pharmacy.

Police responded to CVS just before 5 p.m. on Aug. 22 and charged Lyndsay Wasilus, 28, of Waterbury, with sixth-degree shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance.

She was released on a $5,000 non-surety bond and is due in Waterbury Superior Court on Sept. 2.

A Lyndsay Wasilus, of the same address, is listed on the state of Connecticut web site as having an active a pharmacy technician license.

It’s not clear if she has an attorney.
