The Conlin Whitehead Highway and several streets in Hartford were closed while police investigated a suspicious package Friday morning.

The package was discovered on Arch St. near Columbus Boulevard.  Both of those streets were closed during the investigation.

The ramp from Interstate 91, exit 29A was closed as well.

Police gave the all clear about an hour later and reopened the streets.  It was unclear what the suspicious package was.
