Cops: Toilet Stall Peeper Popped Again

Imagine sitting on the toilet, looking up, and seeing this guy. Brian Sullivan, 48, was peeping in the ladies room, according to cops.
A man who startled women by peering over the stalls in a Stamford restaurant bathroom, got a surprise of his own when staff at the SBC Restaurant & Brewery detained him in the ladies room, police said.
A 21-year-old woman who was actually using the toilet heard what she thought was the sound of someone climbing on the toilet in the next stall. Lo and behold, she looked up and saw Brian Sullivan, 48, according to police.
The employees became suspicious when the burly man first scooted into the womens room. Several nights before, he had apparently also entered the ladies bathroom.
Stamford Police say this isn't the first time they've cuffed Sullivan for his Peeping Tom ways. Back in April 2007 he was charged in a similar incident in the womens room at a Target department store.
In this case, he was held on $25,000 bond.
