Traffic Lights Restored in South Windsor

The traffic signals were out in part of South Windsor after a crash on Thursday morning and utility crews worked into the afternoon to restore them.
The lights were out at Route 5 -- John Fitch Boulevard -- and Strong Road, Route 5 and Sullivan Avenue and Sullivan Avenue at Rye Street as of 7:44 a.m.
Utility crews had completed their work as of 2:30 p.m. and the roadway is clear.
