A tractor-trailer crash on I-95 South is causing congestion.

A jackknifed tractor-trailer is causing congestion on Interstate 95 Southbound in New Haven.
The crash happened between exits 45 and 46. The right lane is closed and backups have extended to exit 51.
Heavy rain has been pouring in the area, so use caution while driving.
