Crews in Ellington are trying to repair a utility pole before the morning commute after a crash Sunday night.
Police said around 10:30 p.m. a car struck a pole on Pinney Street. No one was hurt, but the pole suffered serious damage and needs to be replaced.
The road remains closed while crews make repairs, but officials hope to have the road reopen by the morning commute.
