Emergency crews responded to a serious rollover crash at Wapping Road and Plantation Road in East Windsor.
Two people were injured,one seriously, after a driver lost control and the car rolled Saturday afternoon. Officials at the scene said speed was a factor.
The victims have not been identified. Authorities said the more seriously injured occupant was taken to Hartford Hospital for treatment.
Wapping Road was closed between Morris Road and Plantation Road for several hours. It has since reopened.
