Cromwell Police Find Missing Man

The man Cromwell Police have been looking for since Sunday morning has been found safe at a friend's house.

Police said Matthew Rourke, 44, drove his 2010 Hyundai Elantra to Cromwell Automotive around 6 a.m. on Sunday, left it there, walked into town and had not been seen since around 9 a.m. at South and Pleasant streets.

His shoes were also found in the area.

Police issued a news release on Monday morning saying Rourke was found around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday.

He is in good condition.
