Documentary Film Maker Ken Burns in Hartford

Documentary film maker Ken Burns is in Hartford today for an announcement with Gov. Dannel Malloy.

Burns is responsible for documentaries and mini-series including The Civil War, Jazz, Mark Twain. Baseball, The Dust Bowl and more.

The news conference is being held at the Mark Twain House; 351 Farmington Ave.

It started at 10 a.m.
