Fairfield University Students Treated for Virus

Fairfield University is warning students and staff about a serious illness that's spreading across campus.

About 60 students have been treated for a nororvirus and four students were hospitalized.

According to school officials, the number of cases will start declining within 48 hours.

The school has contacted The Department of Health to help contain the illness. The university also took extra measures to ensure common areas that could be prone to contamination are clean.
