Three Hartford firefighters made the trip to Indianapolis for the Super Bowl, and now they have overcome a few hurdles to see their team, the Patriots take on the Giants.

Kyle Krupa, John Guglietta and Cat Cieri didn't have tickets to Sunday's game.

"We figured we'd come out here, try to score some tickets. So far, no luck, but we have high hopes," said John Guglietta Friday.  But that all changed Saturday.  The firefighter were able to purchase tickets, and will be sitting pretty during Super Bowl XLVI.

The three also had to scrounge for accommodations while in Indianapolis. While they had a hotel room outside the city for Thursday night and Friday, they had nowhere to stay Saturday or Sunday. But they do now thanks to a little help from their fellow firefighters in Indy.

Kyle, Cat, and John are spending those nights in a fire station in Downtown Indianapolis.
