“Fowl” Play Suspected in Turkey-Napping

Tom the Turkey is missing, and he’s hard to miss. He’s 8-feet tall and wearing a pilgrim hat and a tie. He's also inflatable.

He disappeared from Miller Foods in Avon between 9 p.m. on Tuesday and 5 a.m. on Wednesday morning and the Miller family suspects “fowl play.”

Tom’s not just some huge lawn ornament. He’s been with the family for 18 years and the week before Thanksgiving is a bad time for a giant turkey to be missing.

Miller Foods is offering a tasty reward for Tom’s–safe return -- a free Miller turkey.
