Funeral arrangements have been set for State Trooper Kenneth Hall.

Hall was killed in the line of duty Thursday during a traffic stop on I-91 in Enfield. He had pulled a truck over and had returned to his cruiser when it was struck by a pickup truck in the northbound lanes.

A wake for Hall is scheduled for Thursday from 1 to 8 p.m. at the Carmon Community Funeral Home at 807 Bloomfield Avenue in Windsor.

The funeral will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at the State Armory at 360 Broad Street in Hartford.

The driver of the pickup that hit Trooper Hall, Michael Pajak, of Enfield, was jailed in Massachusetts over the weekend on charges unrelated to the crash.  He was scheduled to be in Springfield District Court Tuesday.

Pajak was supposed to appear in New Britain Superior Court the day after the accident on distracted driving and failure to drive in proper lane charges. Those charges stemmed from an incident in May. He has not been charged in connection with the accident that killed Trooper Hall.
