Dr, Tory Westbrook has been charged with more counts of sexual assault, larceny and insurance fraud.
A Glastonbury doctor who has been charged with sexual contact with patients has again turned himself in to Clinton police on outstanding warrants.
Dr. Tory Westbrook, 44, has been charged with one count of sexual assault in the second degree and two counts of sexual assault in the fourth degree.
He turned himself in at 5 a.m., is being held on $360,000 bond and he is due in Middletown Superior Court on Thursday.
Police said Westbrook also has outstanding warrants with the Manchester Police Department, one for sexual assault in the fourth degree and one for sexual assault in the second degree, unlawful restraint in the second degree and criminal attempt to commit sexual assault in the fourth degree.
Police said the Connecticut Chief State's Attorney's Office also had an outstanding arrest warrant for charging Westbrook with six counts of larceny in the second degree and six counts of insurance fraud.
He is accused of billing the state's Medicaid program for services he did not perform.
Police said Westbrook had a pending court date in Middletown Superior today for previous arrests.
