Glastonbury Woman Charged With Hosting Underage Party

Christine Conroy, 47, of Glastonbury is charged with hosting an underage drinking party.
A Glastonbury woman has been charged with hosting an underage even after an investigating into an underage drinking party.
Christine Conroy, 47, of 46 Broad Moor in Glastonbury, turned herself in to police on Wednesday, according to a news release from police.
Police said they obtained an arrest warrant after searching her house on Sept. 10 and seized marijuana, paraphernalia and alcohol.
As police were searching the house, several underage people were at the house, police said and officers issued seven infractions, one juvenile summons and two juvenile referrals.
Conroy was charged with delivering alcohol to a minor, hosting an underage event, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bond was set at $5,000.
Conroy is due in court in Manchester on Oct. 3.
