Troopers are investigating after a grenade was found on a road in Stafford, according to Connecticut State Police.
Dispatchers with Troop C said the corner of County Road and Levinthal Run was closed Sunday afternoon.
Troopers said the state police bomb squad was also on the scene.
It is unclear if the grenade was live or not.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
