Tuesday marked five years since 24-year-old Jose O'Casio was found with gunshot wounds between two cars, and Hartford police are asking the public for information to solve the case.
O'Casio was shot and killed outside 198 Jefferson St. on October 29, 2014. He was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his head and body.
Police said that the time that it was likely O'Casio was targeted, but no one was ever convicted.
Hartford police say the case remains open and ask that anyone with information call 860-722-TIPS (8477). Callers can remain anonymous.
