Hartford police are investigating reports of shots fired in the area of Sargeant Street and Atwood Street in the capital city early Tuesday morning.
Police searched the area Tuesday morning and found bullet casings, but no victims. They were focusing the investigation near a home at 254 Sargeant Street.
No further information was immediately available.
